For business gatherings or personal festivities, arranging 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended for better vessel availability and to tailor the experience to your liking.
What is the protocol in case of inclement weather?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Should our captain determine the weather conditions too hazardous, we can reschedule your booking to a new date or offer a full reimbursement. Weather forecasts are closely observed, and in case of potential concerns, we will reach out to you 24 hours prior to your departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own snacks and drinks?
Certainly, bringing personal food and beverages is permitted. Nonetheless, our top-notch catering service is available to customize dining experiences according to your tastes. Note that for safety measures, glassware is not allowed on board.

What are your terms for cancellation?
A full refund is provided for cancellations made 72 hours prior to departure. If the cancellation occurs between 24 to 72 hours before departure, a 50% refund applies. Cancellations within a 24-hour window are non-refundable, unless due to unsafe weather or mechanical failures our end.
