All services are dependent on availability and weather conditions. We maintain the right to alter or cease services without notice at any point.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter bookings, the requirements are as follows:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Submission of complete and accurate details
  • Advance payment of a stipulated deposit as detailed in your booking confirmation
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is considered confirmed only after we’ve received the payment and sent you a written confirmation. We retain the discretion to deny service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

Charters are booked based on the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We will try to accommodate your preferred dates and timings as best we can.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed prices are in £ and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to amendments without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the overall charter cost at time of booking
  • Balance: Due 48 hours prior to charter departure
  • Supplementary charges (if any): To be settled upon completion of charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified cheques. Our payment processing uses secure, encrypted solutions for your protection.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus transaction fees
  • 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
  • Under 24 hours before departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In case our captain deems the weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule your charter to another available date at no extra charge
  • Offer a complete refund if it’s not possible to reschedule

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there are mechanical issues with the vessel you were assigned, we will strive to offer a comparable replacement. Should a substitute not be available, we’ll give a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passenger must adhere to the following:

  • Obey all instructions provided by the crew
  • Utilize any safety equipment as required
  • Disclose any medical issues that could impact their safety
  • Stay within the designated sections of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are not allowed aboard:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Excessive beverages (beyond a reasonable amount for consumption)
  • Pets (unless prior approval has been given)

6.3 Conduct

We expect passengers to behave in a respectful manner. Should anyone’s behavior endanger safety or disrupt the enjoyment of others, we retain the right to end the charter without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is restricted to the charter fees that have been paid. We do not bear responsibility for:

  • Personal injuries caused by a passenger’s carelessness
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Delays attributable to weather or other factors outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our company carries thorough marine insurance that covers our crafts and operations. Passengers are recommended to have their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charter services means acknowledging the inherent risks associated with maritime activities and taking responsibility for your own safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itineraries, courses, or schedules are subject to change considering weather conditions, safety, or operational needs. We will aim to provide similar alternative experiences where possible.

9. Force Majeure

We are not to be held accountable for interruptions, cancellations, or modifications due to situations beyond our control, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Regulations enforced by the government
  • Shutdown of ports
  • Equipment failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private data is managed in conformity with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you are consenting to the collection and usage of your details as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
